Input your username and password (if you’ve forgotten your details or haven’t registered follow the relevant process on the site).

Click on ‘My mailbox’ and your statement will be ready to view.

Your statement is based on the current data we hold for you and contains information about the death benefits under the Scheme. You should check that the personal details we hold for you are correct.
