We are inviting nominations for the next Member Nominated Trustee Directors (MNTD) – could it be you?

Here is everything you need to know about how to become an MNTD:

The Trustee Board

This is run by a board of six Trustee Directors; four of them are appointed by the Company and two are chosen by you, the members, every four years.

You can be a member of either the Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution sections of the Scheme who are either a current employee of the Company (RS Components Limited and Electrocomponents Plc) or a member receiving a pension from the Scheme. 

To nominate, all you need to do is download and complete this form and make sure you return it using the relevant contact details no later than 5.00pm on Wednesday 5 February 2020.

There are over 7,500 potential beneficiaries relying on you and your five fellow Trustees to make sure that the Scheme is run well, but expert help and advice is available to you on the technical matters that you will need to understand to make decisions.
