During 2016 Steven Hanson, one of the Member Nominated Trustees (MNT), left the Company and was therefore required to stand down as an MNT. One nomination was received for Steve’s replacement from Peter Dowsett who was then elected as an MNT, without the need for a member ballot.

Peter has had two periods of employment with RS Components and is a member of both the defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) sections.  He is currently employed as the IT Business Partner for Corporate Services, within the Innovation Division.

In addition Rachel Potarzyacka stood down as a Company Nominated Trustee in 2016 and was replaced by Chris Curtis. Chris is a Corporate Supply Chain Finance Manager and has been with the Company since 2009.

We would like to welcome Peter and Chris to the Trustee Board and also express our gratitude to Steve and Rachel for their contribution to the Board.
