Member survey and focus groups

During 2016 we undertook a member survey and ran focus groups to get feedback from members on various aspects of the Scheme including:


  • communication
  • website
  • retirement planning
  • providing ‘value for members'

In total we received 872 completed surveys, which was an excellent response and we would like to thank all the members who took time to complete the survey. We will now use this information to help shape the services we provide to members. We will also continue to look at ways we can acquire feedback from members.

As part of the survey we offered three participants the chance to win £150 worth of Marks & Spencer’s vouchers and I am pleased to confirm that the winners were John Smart, Alan Cavanagh and Theresa McGovern.

We hope all the winners enjoy spending their vouchers!
